She most recently was the Parks Director for the City of Wimberly. Before then, she was the Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Director for the City of Bee Cave as well as having varied experience in Anderson Mill, Texas, and more.

Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the field and has had the opportunity to be a leader for public, private and non-profit organizations across the country and internationally. She is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional and holds a Master’s of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration and Management from Texas State University. She's held leadership roles for the YMCA (Florida & Colorado), REI (Colorado & California) and various municipalities in Colorado, California, Texas, Washington and Edinburgh, Scotland. Through these experiences, Kelly has developed a passion for improving quality of life for the communities she serves.
