    Notice is hereby given that the City of Dripping Springs is soliciting Bids for Dripping Springs Park System Signage.   

    REQUEST FOR BIDS: “Dripping Springs Park System Signage”

    Sealed Bids, must be submitted electronically (in PDF format) or flash drive and shall be delivered to:

    City of Dripping Springs, Parks & Community Services Director
    Post Office Box 384/511 Mercer Street
    Dripping Springs TX 78620

    Or may be emailed to kschmidt@cityofdrippingsprings.com. Bids must be submitted by 4:00 PM on February 19, 2021, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after the opening date and time will not be considered.

    Contractors interested in bidding on the Dripping Springs Park System Signage project are encouraged to tour the Dripping Springs Park system and review the 2014 Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan prior to bidding. An informal project overview and vision meeting will be held virtually, on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.  If interested in participating in the meeting, please contact Kelly Schmidt, Parks & Community Services Director at kschmidt@cityofdrippingsprings.com by 4:00 p.m. on January 6, 2021. The purpose is to ask questions about the contract requirements, scope of work, deadlines etc. and to understand the parks for which a signage plan is being requested.

    PUBLIC NOTICE-Update for Electronic Submissions

    Notice is hereby given that the City of Dripping Springs is soliciting statements of qualifications for Consulting Engineering Services, including design services.

    REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS: “Consulting Engineering Services: Rob Shelton Blvd. Sidewalk Connectivity”

    Sealed Statements of Qualifications marked “ROB SHELTON BLVD. CONNECTIVITY ENGINEERING SERVICES RFQ” must be submitted in one (1) original, five (5) copies, and one (1) electronic copy (in PDF format) on CD or flash drive and shall be delivered to:

    In lieu of paper submissions, an applicant may submit its Statement of Qualifications electronically in PDF format by emailing the Statement of Qualifications to Ginger Faught at gfaught@cityofdrippingsprings.comThe sealed STATEMENTS must be in a standard statement of qualifications format, and each statement must include a response to each item in the RFQ in the order given. The consulting engineering services requested require that the firm be licensed to practice engineering in the State of Texas and have adequate LGPP Certified staff as well as more than three (3) years of experience in design and construction management of TxDOT projects.

    Statements must be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m. on January 15th, 2021. Statements received after this date and time will be left unopened and not considered.
