PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Dripping Springs, Texas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for “Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan”.
Sealed Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in one (1) original, five (5) copies, and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive or through e-mail and shall be delivered to:

Statements of Qualifications must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on April 23, 2024, at which time the statements will be publicly opened and read aloud. Statements received after the opening date and time will not be considered.
Written questions can be submitted up to 10 a.m. on April 5, 2024, and will be answered by April 16, 2024.

Ground Maintenance on City Property and Parks
PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Dripping Springs is soliciting Bids for Ground Maintenance on City Property and Parks.
REQUEST FOR BIDS: “Ground Maintenance on City Property and Parks”
Sealed Bids, must be submitted in one (1) original, (2) copies, and one (1) electronic copy (in PDF format) on flash drive and shall be delivered to:

Bids must be submitted by 4:00 PM on May 9, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after the opening date and time will not be considered.
Contractors interested in bidding on the City Properties are encouraged to attend a tour of the City Properties on April 25, 2024. If planning on participating in the tour, please contact Andrew Binz, Parks & Community Services Director at abinz@cityofdrippingsprings.com by 4:00 p.m. on April 18, 2024. The purpose is to ask questions about the contract requirements and to understand the areas to be maintained.
