City Launches New Open Records Solution

The City of Dripping Springs is improving transparency by making public record requests more easily accessible to the public. The City launched the software JustFOIA this week. JustFOIA is a FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) request software solution designed to help organizations better streamline, manage, and track public records. With the launch of JustFOIA, requestors of public information will now have the option of submitting Open Records Requests through an easy-to-use online form.

While other methods for submitting requests are still available, Dripping Springs is excited to be able to offer a more convenient option.

“We chose JustFOIA to help streamline the open records request process for our citizens and improve efficiencies within the City. We wanted to make the process easier for those requesting information and records. JustFOIA is the perfect solution for this,” said Andrea Cunningham, Dripping Springs City Secretary.
