Municipal Court
The purpose of Municipal Court is to promote the public health, safety, morale, and general welfare within the City and its ETJ (extraterritorial jurisdiction), as prescribed by law, through the enforcement of the City's ordinances and the efficient disposition of cases arising from such ordinances.
Cases adjudicated in Municipal Court include: building code violations, zoning violations and health code violations. The City of Dripping Springs Municipal Court does not handle traffic violations. For more information on cases to be handled by Hays County, please click here.
