Buidling Department Meerting with Builders and Tradesmen

We are excited to invite you to join us for the third monthly "Coffee and Codes" meeting, where we will provide valuable insights, foster open communication, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Event Details:

  • Date: Second Friday of Every Month (Third Friday if the second falls on an observed holiday)
  • Time: 0900 - 1100
  • Location: Dripping Springs Ranch Park - 1042 Event Center Drive, Dripping Springs TX 78620

Agenda for the third meeting (Friday, 8 December):

  1. Introduction: Meet the Building Department team and get to know the faces behind the process.
  2. Field Observations: Receive valuable insights and feedback from our inspectors based on their field observations.
  3. Residential Builder Information Packet: Opportunity to ask questions focused on inspection sequencing and preparation.
  4. Q&A Session: An opportunity for you to ask questions, seek clarifications, and discuss any concerns or challenges you may be facing.

Please mark your calendars for our second Coffee and Codes meeting on Friday, 8 December. We will provide coffee and light refreshments to keep you fueled for our discussion. As a reminder, we will only schedule FEMPs, meter loops, and Building Finals for Friday 8 December; all other inspection types will be rescheduled for Monday, 11 December.
