Campaign Finance Reports
The 88th Legislature of the State of Texas passed House Bill 2626 during the 2023 Legislative Session, requiring the posting of filed campaign finance reports for elected officials and candidates for office. Reports will remain posted for five (5) years upon receipt, and are redacted according to Election Code 251.0401. Past reports may be requested by submitting a Public Information Request to the City Secretary.
