Jurisdiction for the Outdoor Lighting Ordinance

Where the compliance to the Outdoor Lighting Ordinance (OLO) is REQUIRED: 

  1. Within the Corporate City Limits (see map below)
  2. Within subdivision in the ETJ that have Development Agreements or Variances. These include:
    1. Anarene
    2. Bella Vista
    3. Belterra Commercial
    4. Caliterra
    5. Driftwood Golf & Ranch
    6. Estates at Sawyer Ranch
    7. Headwaters
    8. Ledgestone Commercial
    9. Parten Ranch
    10. Reunion Ranch
    11. Saratoga Hills

Where Compliance is VOLUNTARY:

  1. The ETJ (Extra Territorial Jurisdiction)
  2. Anywhere Else!
